Basic information on the processing of personal data:

Purpose: To respond to your request for information about participation in the programme. If you expressly consent, we will also send you information about our programmes and services.
Legitimation: Legitimate interest, the application of pre-contractual measures and consent.
Recipients: No data will be transferred to third parties unless legally obliged to do so. Our CMS Wordpress and email server Microsoft 365 (located outside the European Union but adhering to the decision of adequacy for the circulation of data EU-USA "Data Privacy Framework") will act as data processors. 
Duration: for the duration of the contractual or commercial relationship, or 24 months from your last message.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, not to be subject to automated individual decisions without your consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
